For many public sector organizations who are looking at standardizing their operations and measuring up to the best and the best in service delivery, this program offers a study of best practices and new thinking from around the world. Also, we shall look at the peculiarities of the Nigerian environment and consider cultural and environmental issues which will require that service providers keep thinking on their feet.
